Atq EDWARDIAN 14K White Gold RING 3D High Relief Full Face VICTORIAN Cameo Girl
All pictures are part of the description. This is an unique and rare Edwardian Art Nouveau ring exhibiting a high relief carved cameo of a young girl with her hair flowing in the wind. The 3D carved cameo shell is quite large for a ring, nicely bezel set in 14K white gold. The full face carved cameo dates back to the Victorian times. The face of the ring is large at 22 mm long x 18 mm wide x 5 mm high above the finger.
A decorative hand chased design running along the face of the ring emphasizes the beautiful carving. The sides of the ring are embellished as well with a chased border featuring wheat leaves. Weight of the ring is 6.1 grams. Size of the ring is 6.5.
There is a mark on the ring, 14K for gold. The acid test shows a fineness of more than 14K.
Condition of the ring is very good antique, fine wear commensurate with age.
