THE IMAGE AT THE TOP IS OF A WOMAN NEXT TO A TOWER WITH A HOUSE IN THE BACKGROUND. THE LOWER PORTION DEPICTS A WOMAN ON A HILL UNDER A TREE.

THE HAND CARVED WORK IS DEEP AND VERY LOVELY. THE CAMEOS ARE SET IN A 10 KARAT GOLD BRAIDED AND FLOWER GARLAND MOTIF BORDER. PART OF A LARGE COLLECTION OF EARLY AND RARE CAMEO JEWELRY THAT WE HAVE RECENTLY OBTAINED. The gold is 10 Karat gold. The posts are 14 Karat gold and are a later addition.

The earrings are 2 1/8 inches long. They are 20mm wide at the widest portion. The earrings weigh 7 grams together.
